The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a drip coffee maker, electric stove, rice cooker, blender, toaster, and electric can opener. Bedroom #1 located on the first floor, features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 located on the lower level, boasts two queen-size beds.

Bedroom #3 located on the lower level, offers a king-size bed.
Tahoe Forest Chalet also includes another shared full bathroom, and a half bathroom.

Things to note:
- Parking lot available with 2 spaces, Garage, Driveway. After you arrive, please locate the parking passes inside by the front door and put one on the dash of each car.
- There is a FULL-TIME tenant that lives in the unit below this home. You have access to the entire upstairs. The two areas are fairly separated so it's almost as if you have the entire home to yourself. The tenant accesses their unit from the left-side staircase that goes down and around the back side of the home. Please be respectful of the tenant. Watch your noise levels and avoid stomping when downstairs. The tenant parks on the left of the driveway and you will have 2 spots.
- Original home built in 1980 that has not been updated. Although very clean it is a blast from the past. For those looking for modern, this might not be the best fit.

- No fireplace at this home. It has been sealed off.
