After a long, tiring day, unwind on the soft, comfortable couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) and relax or watch your favorite movie on the 50" flat-screen TV while resting your tired feet on the soft carpet. This space is made even more appealing by the soft carpet, modern coffee table, floor lamp, gorgeous pendant light, and unique décor, which makes it truly extraordinary.

Cook your meals and enjoy the comfort of the fully functional kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, cookware, and other kitchen accessories. With a rectangular dining table that seats four people, this lovely dining area is perfect for serving and enjoying wonderful meals with your loved ones.

Walk your way toward the bedroom and be greeted with a uniquely furnished room that is furnished with a king-size bed. The bed is fitted with comfortable mattresses, premium linen, and soft pillows. The space comes complete with side lamps, wall art, and a wardrobe. The bedroom comes with a vanity space for your comfort, a stool, and access to the balcony.

The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with essential toiletries and fluffy white towels. There is a powder room for the guests in the living area.

The balcony is accessible from the living area and bedroom. Step out and breathe fresh air while admiring the fantastic skyline views. This area is furnished with outdoor furniture for you and your companions and is perfect for your morning coffee or evening entertainment.

The Neighborhood:
Jaddaf Waterfront is luxurious in all ways with the beautiful view of Dubai Creek and Business Bay Bridge. Unwind and relax by simply looking out to the serenity of the tranquil Creek waters.

Al Jaddaf is perfect for people who appreciate waterfront view and art. This area is known for the Jaddaf Waterfront Sculpture Park and also the city’s largest living Green Wall, as well as the iconic Palazzo Versace Hotel.

Restaurants, supermarkets, car wash, and others can be found nearby. You can also take a boat on the Dubai Creek to go around and see the true beauty of the city—old and new gems.

Getting Around:
Taxis are easily hailed through Uber and Careem through their applications that can simply be downloaded on your phone or through the local RTA taxi service.

If you fancy long walks and doing adventures on your own, the Creek Metro Station is only 10 minutes away on foot. If you want to go to the Dubai Mall or Mall of the Emirates, you can head to the Burjuman Station and switch trains going to DMCC, getting off at Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station or Mall of Emirates Metro Station. If you'd like to experience JBR and nearby places, you can alight at DAMAC Properties Metro Station and access the footbridge to the tram station. From there, a tram can take you to JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, and others.

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
