Summary:
Welcome to our second floor, corner unit coach home in the gated community of Bermuda Greens in the Imperial Golf Estates. Centrally located in north Naples, we are super close to the Mercato, The Pavilion and Waterside Shops. Our coach home features an open floor plan, tall ceilings, 2 bedrooms and a den, 2 full bathrooms and an attached 1 car garage. The beaches that are closest to our condo are Delnor-Wiggins Pass Beach and the Bluebill Avenue access of Vanderbilt beach. On site amenities include a heated pool and spa, a community clubhouse and community BBQ grills.
The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful coach home in the master-planned Imperial Golf Estates! Guests will enjoy miles of walking paths and sidewalks throughout the community, perfect for leisurely strolls and enjoying the outdoors.
Spectacular Views and Comfortable Living Spaces:
Our coach home boasts breathtaking views of the freshwater lake and golf course directly behind the condo. The attached one-car garage provides convenient indoor access to the home. Upon entering, a small set of stairs leads to the first-floor vestibule, where you can also access the garage.
Once inside, you'll ascend to the great room, where panoramic views greet you from every window and sliding door. The great room features a large TV, two sofas, two accent chairs, a large coffee table, and multiple side tables with lamps. Adjacent to this is the formal dining space with a four-top dining set, offering stunning views of the lake and golf course. Sliding doors from the dining area open onto the lanai.
Modern Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen has been recently updated with new countertops and stainless steel appliances. It includes a large pantry and a cozy two-top dining set in a corner nook with windows that overlook the subtropical landscape.
Comfortable Bedrooms and Baths:
The main bedroom is spacious, with slider access to the lanai. It features a King bed with magnificent views of the water and golf course, electronic shades, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, standalone shower, dual sinks, and two large mirrored closets.
The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, large closet, nightstands with lamps, and a dresser. It offers views of the front of the unit and the green island in the center of the cul-de-sac.
The second full bathroom, with a shower and tub combo, is conveniently located off a small hallway between the second and third bedrooms/den.
Versatile Den and Laundry:
The den/third bedroom features a sleeper sofa, large TV, and comfortable rocking chair, with views towards the front and side of the coach home, the lake, and beautiful sunsets. The laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board, is situated just beyond the kitchen, with a door to minimize noise.
Outdoor Living on the Lanai:
The screened lanai is a highlight, featuring a lounger, dining set for four, and a small seating area, with two ceiling fans and a lamp for evening lighting. Facing north and west, it offers stunning sunsets and a perfect spot to observe resident wildlife, including wading birds and turtles in the pond.
Gear Included:
There is 1 cruiser style bike, a cooler, 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to use while in residence.
A Note About Golf:
The Imperial Golf Club offers private membership featuring two full courses: the East and West Course. Additionally, guests who have friends that are members can enjoy playing with them.
The Small Print:
This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.
This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY: $50 application fee, $50 processing fee and $50 per US resident or $100 per Canadian background check fee.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the Naples area.
