The Space:
Above a local coffee shop, our condo features a covered balcony on N. Carrollton Ave., perfect for watching the Endymion Mardi Gras parade and enjoying morning coffee. Inside, enjoy modern amenities including central A/C-heating, strong WiFi, hardwood floors, and smart TVs. The first bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom, a New Orleans classic shotgun style, features a full-size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and on site washer/dryer make life easy! Benefit from easy self-check-in and free off-street parking, plus the peace of mind knowing our property holds a proper Short Term Rental permit.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit. The washer and dryer are located in a shared foyer that another unit also uses.
Getting Around:
The street car is directly in front of the builing and can take you to most parts of the city.
Other Things to Note:
This home does contain a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
This unit is located above a coffee shop and can get noisy in the front and one bedroom. We highly recommend bringing ear plugs and do not encourage light sleepers to stay.
