The apartment has been recently renovated. Its lovely & sunny during the morning and the balcony is a great place to hang out and what the world go by...

You have private access to your apartment and the communal Laundry .
The apartment is located on the 1st floor at the front overlooking Cardigan Street.
Guests also have access to a Full Kitchen with Dining area shared between all the apartments of the property.
Other things to note
- Laundry is located at the rear and and shared with other guests from other studios. Commercial Machines coin operated, very cheap $2 - $4 aud.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided
- Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
- Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
