Lovely 1 Bedroom Apartment with everything you need. Recently renovated with all appliances and furniture new! Outstanding Location only a few meters from RMIT & Melbourne University and just around the corner from Carlton Gardens. Walking Distance to city and FREE TRAM zone.

The studio has been recently renovated.
Comes with:
- Fully Furnished Kitchen
- 2 Burner stove
- Microwave
- Little oven and all what you need for a perfect dinner.
- Little Dining Table
- Smart Tv mounted on the wall for Bed viewing
- Lovely and compact private bathroom.
- Fridge
- Private Ensuite Bathroom
Guest access
You have private access to your apartment and the communal Laundry . The apartment is located at the entrance of the property in the First Level.
Other things to note
- Laundry is located at the rear and and shared with other guests from other studios. Commercial Machines coin operated, very cheap $2 - $4 aud.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided
- Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
- Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included. This would be a chargeable extra.
