Combining contemporary interiors with bold pops of colour, original artwork and eclectic furnishings, this home is both warm and inviting. Follow the Bay Trail on bicycle or foot and discover the bustling St Kilda nightlife, then come home to a quiet space of comforts. Its open-plan living area flows to a large deck with alfresco dining to soak up the sunshine and fresh bayside air.

A high-end kitchen is designed around a central island and ensures plenty of space to prepare meals on top-quality appliances and cooking utensils. Come together for a shared meal around the dining table or discover plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. Relax on the family-sized lounge, enjoying a spot of TV. Please note, there are no live free to air TV channels, however the channels are offered on demand and you have access to the smart features of the TV. Central air-conditioning and heating keep things comfortable in all rooms no matter what season you are travelling in.

Both bedrooms are designed as havens to start and end your day. The primary bedroom highlights a queen-sized bed, its own TV and a walk-in wardrobe for storing your belongings. It also comes with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and opens straight to the patio overlooking the garden. Rinse off within the main bathroom, fitted with a rain shower and stocked with complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of laundry facilities, including both a washing machine and dryer.
