Awesome Ski In Ski Out Condominium at the Park City Mountain Village Base of Park City Mountain Resort.
Resort Plaza Unit 5022-23 is located in the Silver Mill House East building of Resort Plaza Condominiums and just a few steps across the heated pedestrian plaza are Crescent and Payday chair lifts, ski school, ticket windows, restaurants, shops and pubs. First Time chair lift is easily accessed via a short slide down the gentle slope adjacent to the building. Several ski rental and boot shops and the Baja Cantina restaurant are also in Silver Mill House. The Corner Store restaurant, bar and small market are in the adjacent Marsac Mill Manor building. Relax outside in the cozy firepit chairs located in the Plaza just outside both buildings. This location makes it so easy to stop in to the condo for lunch or a warm up break.
Resort Plaza Unit 5022-23 is a lovely 2nd floor corner unit and easily accessible by elevator or one short flight of stairs. This gold-rated condo is 1150 sq. ft., has free wi-fi and each room has individually controlled air conditioning and heat. There are two large bedrooms, each nicely separated from the other due to their location on the corner of the building. Each bedroom has its own full (tub & shower) bathroom, closet, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, and cable TV. The main bedroom has a small balcony and king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds. The apartment-size stackable washer/dryer are located in the second bedroom’s bathroom.
The family room has a stone fireplace with gas logs, two couches, one of which is a queen sleeper sofa, one large chair, a pub height table with monitor (bring your own laptop), ceiling fan and balcony overlooking the lower plaza. The full kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, alder wood cabinets, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door, glass top electric range, microwave, disposer, and many small appliances including crock pot, waffle iron, coffee grinder, coffee pot, electric tea kettle, ice maker, hand mixer, toaster and blender. The large 7’ granite eating counter has 6 counter chairs.
The separate entry area inside the condo has ski racks, coat racks, a boot bench and shelving for goggles, helmets, hats, gloves, etc. New windows in 2022. Hair dryers, linens, and starter supplies (soaps, detergent, paper towels, TP, and trash bags) are provided.
Even more restaurants, pubs and shopping are available in the Historic Main Street Area within a ½ mile (6 blocks) walk or easy free bus ride. The Bus Stops located at the Plaza have routes to Deer Valley, Canyons Village Base Area, Olympic Park, and other locations around town.
Although no car is necessary with this location, if you plan to bring a vehicle, one free parking permit to the adjacent underground parking garage at The Lowell building can be provided and placed in your rental prior to your arrival time. Please note: There are limited spaces on Level 1 of the garage which has a maximum height of 6’11”. Levels 2 and 3 are accessed via a car elevator which has a maximum height of 6’ and maximum length of 18’. If your vehicle is extra-large or oversized and will not fit in the available spaces, you may need to find parking at your own expense. Tip: Arrive with nothing larger than a mid/intermediate size SUV to ensure a spot in the garage.
Guests have complimentary access to the fitness facility containing an indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, fitness room, sauna, and showers which are located in a lower plaza at The Lodge at Mountain Village building (ice rink level.) Please note this amenity is operated by another management company. Consequently, we have no control over hours or whether they have cameras installed at the fitness center.
Resort Plaza guests will check in via our “Direct to Condo” check-in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door/entry codes.
Housekeeping services are not included in the stay; however, are available for purchase. Please contact the Reservations office at least two weeks prior to arrival to purchase this service.
Available for nightly rental and monthly rental for Spring, June, and Fall dates.
Animals, including emotional support animals, are not permitted.
