Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6' 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter season. Additional parking is free in the summer.

The Lichenhearth is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed any where on the property or the grounds surrounding the complex.

***Fall 2024, pool is closing for repairs September 5 - Thanksgiving. The hot tub will be closing on September 30th. If the facilities close due to weather, mechanical or HOA requirements we do not offer refunds.***
