The Silver Reef #3 is a new immaculate, luxuriously furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom ocean and beach front condo on the ground of the brand-new Silver Reef Residences. Situated on the shores of Grand Cayman’s Northeast Coast, this beautiful condo offers a luxurious and well-designed development with a range of amenities and is known for its picturesque and palm-lined coastline.

Elegantly Appointed Interior:
Discover two spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private en-suite featuring a full bath. The second guest bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two a king-size and a full bath, both adorned with Grohe and Kohler fixtures.
Fully Equipped Living:
The condo presents a fully equipped kitchen, complete with European-style cabinetry, quartz counters, and contemporary stainless-steel appliances. Guests can indulge in self-prepared meals throughout their stay. The living room combines a cozy lounge and dining area for evening entertainment, offering breathtaking views of the North East Coast, beaches, and the Caribbean Sea.
There is a shared full size gas BBQ grill on the ground floor, along with a complimentary 2 person kayak. Both items are shared with Unit #4. Complimentary cable TV and high speed wifi are also provided.
