This family home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for larger groups or families. You can unwind and soak in the stunning views from the large living and dining area complete with a heat pump upstairs and free Wi-Fi.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Gather around the dining table or take in the fresh air while dining al fresco on the balcony overlooking the lake.

Enjoy the convenience of being only a 350 metre walk from the Lake and the Two Mile Bay Sailing Club or the Taupo CBD less than a 5km drive away.

With a double garage, there's plenty of space to safely store vehicles and outdoor equipment, making this the ideal hub for your next holiday.

With steep stairs and a balcony this home may not be suitable for small children or the mobility restricted.

As is customary in Kiwi Bach tradition, guests are expected to bring their own linen or can opt for our convenient hire service. Please note that if you choose our linen hire service, the beds will not be made up. Please let us know in the comments section of your booking if you would like to add this service for $15 per person.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
