Fig Tree Farm Cottage is located on a working farm. We may be around during the day in the paddocks tending to farm maintenance and livestock. Guests can be assured of
privacy. You have exclusive use of the cottage, the surrounding cottage garden and the river.
It is not recommended that you book with small childern.'
Due to the close proximity to the river, the unfenced dams and delicate furnishings within, the cottage is not suitable for young children or guests who are inexperienced around
waterways.

The cottage is accessible via steps, so this listing may not suit those who have mobility issues.

The property is located on Leslies Lane, which is a dirt road. Please be cautious of potholes and note there are no street lights.
Please ensure you lock the farm gate at the entrance of the property after entering and exiting.
Self-check-in is via a wall-mounted key safe located at the back door.
Please be aware of potential wildlife encounters such as insects, mosquitoes, frogs, and spiders.
Please note we have a no-pet and non-smoking policy, inside and outside the property.
Please NO EVENTS on the property as this is a working cattle farm.
