The Happy Place villa is a beautiful 3 bedrooms pool home, located in the heart of Cape Coral. In a beautiful and quite neighborhood BUT just a short car ride down to popular Tarpon Point Marina with all its shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful marina. You're also close to Veterans Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.

The villa has a large green garden for the kids to run as well as a gorgeous pool area has perfect southern exposure for sun ALL day! It is spacious with multiple seating areas, perfect for relaxing with the family and entertaining friends. The outdoor dining area is conveniently located in the shade and has a large BBQ grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.

In the backyard there's a separate platform to put chairs, if you want that extra sun outside of the screened in area. In the front yard we have our very own burrowing owls. They have been there for years and even came back to the same spot after Hurricane Ian.

We recommend renting a boat for the day, then you get to experience the amazing canal system, unique to Cape Coral and you're only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.

This villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy TV room with enough seats for everyone, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.
