Complete with a plush sofa that can be converted into a queen sofa bed, a dining table, smart TV, and an air conditioning unit, ensuring comfort and relaxation. The compact kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking away from home. The master bedroom, features a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom, with two single beds, offers convenience adjacent to the main bathroom and laundry area.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom):
The light and bright master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe space, ensuite bathroom, lovely plantation shutters, and benefits from the cooling airflow from the living room's AC.

Bathroom 1 (Master Ensuite):
Stylish and compact, the ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 2:
Furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and wardrobe space.

Bathroom 2/Laundry:
The modern main bathroom is a versatile space, featuring a shower, toilet, vanity, and the convenience of a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with space to park a singular car in the secured garage. There is also free street parking available. Please note at check-in you need to walk up 4 flights of stairs to retrieve the keys, there is a lift that needs a key to operate.

The apartment offers direct access to the stunning patrolled beach of Alexandra Headlands. Within easy walking distance, discover charming cafes, restaurants, a surf club, skatepark, and convenience store. Nearby amenities include a private hospital, shopping center, library, and cinema, while the area's perfect positioning provides access to local parks, playgrounds, and extensive cycling and walking tracks.

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the apartment is approximately 150m to Alexandra Parade where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore, Noosa (northbound) and Mooloolaba, Caloundra (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This apartment is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
