The Space:
The Pompano Beachview Home is a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom older private
home just 50 yards from the beach, offering two levels and room for up to 14
guests. While we allow 14, there is not sleeping space for that many –
please be aware of the exact bedding listed below
This property is nearly across the street from the public beach access,
perfect for families with children!
While not a new remodel & slightly dated, this second story includes a nice
concept kitchen, dining, and a large living area upstairs. The kitchen is
fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, etc and features stainless steel
appliances including a dishwasher and refrigerator.
Your living room features a flat-screen SMART TV and opens up to a large patio
with an outdoor dining table overlooking a bright green yard and partial ocean
and beach views.
Each floor has two bedrooms.
Upstairs, both bedrooms have a Queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV.
Downstairs, the remaining two bedrooms each have a full-sized bed and flat-
screen TVs.
Each floor includes a full shared bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tubs).
The ground floor also features a secondary living room with a large
comfortable sofa and chair surrounding another flat-screen TV.
We offer off-season discounts for stays of 3 or more nights from Sept 2 to Dec
20, and active-duty military discounts as well as tackle football coach
specials. Please message us for details.
Additional bedding includes a pull-out couch sofa bed, as well as an airbed
and pump. Please bring extra bedding if you plan on using the sofa sleeper or
airbed and again, though we do allow up to 14 there is not sleeping space set
up as such.
The downstairs patio opens to a partially fenced grass backyard. We allow a
maximum of one pet (a fee applies). See house rules for more details.
The property also includes a washer and dryer for guest use, as well as Wi-
Fi/internet for work or downtime though the internet can be somewhat spotty at
times on the Island.
113 E. Pompano's central location puts you and your guests within walking
distance of shops, entertainment, restaurants, and more. You won’t have to
drive at all if you don’t want to. Perfect for a family getaway or a weekend
retreat with friends. The public beach access is just a minute's walk from
your front door literally across the street off Gulf Blvd.
Managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597, we
provide linens and towels for your stay, along with a starter pack of
dishwasher pods, trash bags, and soaps. Please note these are not unlimited or
replenished so plan accordingly.
It is essential that you read and agree to all house rules before booking.
Please ask questions before booking, as we do not provide refunds for
cancellations.
There are rules to follow to avoid issues with over-occupancy or parties,
which are not allowed.
The property includes two off-street parking spaces (golf carts count as
vehicles). Additional parking may be available on Gulf Blvd, which is city-
owned and free, though it can be challenging on weekends. The primary guest
must be 25 years of age or older or contact us prior to booking.
This property is non-smoking and does not allow parties nor unregistered
guests. We do security patrol all rental houses.
Our City of South Padre Island Short Term Rental License is available upon
request.
