Los Cabos features a pool & is less than 1 block to beach. Fully equipped
kitchen for easy meal prep. Up to 8 allowed.
The open kitchen connects to dining & living room. Bedrooms each have a king
bed, with a fold-down couch + loft bed in the living room.

The Space:
Our Los Cabos I #5 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo less than 1 block from the
beach in the heart of the entertainment district located at 105 E Tarpon.
Superb location! Never need a cara€¦
You and your family or friends can walk to dozens of great bars with live
music, sunset margaritas, and restaurants without needing a vehicle.
The beach is less than half a block away, as this condo is located at 105 E
Tarpon on the east side of the busy 4-lane Padre Blvd closest to the beach. If
you have some work to do, Wi-Fi/internet is provided at the property though
spectrum has spotty service sometimes, sorry it is an island!! Each bedroom
and the living room has a smart TV to enjoy your streaming services.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the pots, pans, and dishes you need
for quick meal prep for your family, saving you money and providing
convenience. The stackable washer and dryer allow you to go home with clean
clothes.
For a family or friends with 2 couples, this place is perfect. Each bedroom
has a king bed, and in the living room, there is a fold-down couch that's a
small full size, as well as a lofted twin bed a€" yes a bit odd in a living
room but hey a€" it works! We also provide an airbed. Please bring bedding if
you plan on using the airbed iŠ
The two full bathrooms make getting ready easier with multiple families or
couples sharing the unit.
While this space is on the 2nd level, you won't have to hear noisy guests from
above. BBQ and grills are prohibited, but the kitchen is fully equipped with
all necessary utensils and you can walk to literally dozens of restaurants.
Towels and bed linens are provided, as well as a starter pack of soaps and
trash bags though it is not unlimited nor resupplied so please plan
accordingly. For stays longer than 3 nights, you can exchange towels and
linens for free at our office, South Padre Island Trips, at 2600 Padre Blvd.
Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. As we have a strict
cancel policy, please ask questions before booking to avoid any

Los Cabos is an 8-plex, so the pool in the courtyard is shared. Sorry, we do
not allow pets. Our property is professionally managed locally by South Padre
Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd, open 9 am to 5 pm, 7 days a week if you need
assistance.
Parking is free and off-street for up to 2 vehicles parked front to backa€"no
guest parking is available. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle.
Two parking permits will be issued. During March and Easter, a condo/security
wristband fee per person of $25 plus tax applies, and use is required.
Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and
present at check-in.
Please note we require an e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID
after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island
Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to
arrival to receive your door code. Please provide your email address and
attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.
An electronic door code is provided to enter the property via text message to
the cell phone number on file by 3 pm on day of check in. We do not provide
door codes earlier as we cannot have guests attempting to park nor slowing
down maid service of course iŠ If you need a somewhat earlier check in,
contact our office on day of check in around 11 am and we can check for you.
Our short term City of South Padre Rental License can be provided upon
request.
