The Space:
This unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the property a Smart TV with Foxtel in the lounge and standard TVs with Foxtel in bedrooms 1 & 2. In terms of climate control, there is reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom, a gas heater in the living area, and ceiling fans in bedrooms 2 & 3. The property also has a private back yard area with outdoor furniture for an al fresco dining option. This courtyard has a gate which leads directly to one of the resort playground and BBQ areas.
Located in the popular Cape View Beach Resort right on the shores of Geographe Bay, guests can enjoy direct beach access, as well as a number of resort facilities right on their doorstep:

Guest Access:
The whole unit is exclusively guest use.
All pool & indoor facilities at Cape View Beach Resort are open from 6am-6pm every day. Guests can access the playgrounds and BBQs at anytime, and signage is provided throughout the resort to locate these areas.
PARKING
There is space for 2 cars in the carport. The resort has a number of guest parking spaces nearby for additional guest vehicles.

All linen is provided (excl. beach towels). All of our accommodation is fully self-catered, and as a courtesy we provide a basic starter pack for each stay, including: soap, toilet rolls, tea, coffee & sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials (oil, salt & pepper). We provide these items to help kick-start your holiday in a stress-free way, but guests are responsible for the ongoing supply of anything they should require beyond the starter pack provided.
