Your space is set in a private part of the house and comprises two rooms: a bedroom with a queen size bed, a sitting room with a desk if you need to work, and a private bathroom.

The kitchen, dining, verandah and laundry are all shared spaces.

Located conveniently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, approximately 5 mins from the motorway. Shops and bus stop 5 minutes down the road.

The best feature of our space is that you have two very comfortable areas (bedroom plus sitting room) to yourself, plus a private bathroom and separate toilet, all with their own private entry from the hallway - see drawing under photos.

Apart from your use of all the facilities, there also is a large veranda with trees all round and a view that goes for miles.
