SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom on the 3rd floor. Walk-in closet. En suite bathroom with tub. King-sized bed.
Bedroom 2: Located on the third floor has a double-sized day bed and a walk-in closet. En-suite with standing shower. Balcony with stairs that lead to the rooftop deck. Desk/workspace.
Bedroom 3: Third bedroom which is on the first floor. It has a double-sized bed. En suite bathroom with standing shower
BATHROOM: 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath
PARKING: There are four parking spots (2 garages and 2 driveways).
Two small cars in the garage or one in the garage and one outside of the garage. To access the garage, the guest should enter through the front door and open the garage there is no garage fob and we are not providing a garage fob.

You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.
Relax and Enjoy: It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected under Waivo!
The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

The City is not collecting trash not segregated and we have to hire a third-party company to remove the trash. Guest will be charged for the cost this incurs. As well as having excess trash.

• Confetti and glitter are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. NO FLUSHABLE WET WIPES OR FEMININE PRODUCTS. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge for the cost of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.

No parties, photo or film shoots (commercial photography) weddings, retreats, etc.
