High speed WiFi is available for working or streaming your favorite shows. Private balcony with a garden view is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
The Condo offers popular amenities, such as a 50 meter lap pool, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area and sea view, fitness room, 24hr security and parking area for guests. Laundry room (coin operated).
For bookings over 4 weeks electricity usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings. Please turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the apartment.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee of 700 baht. Cleaning includes the change of bed linen and all the towels. Late check in is available on request free of charge.
