Indulge in 180-degree ocean views from this 6.3-acre Sunshine Coast gem. Witness Orcas and Humpbacks in action, with living room vistas from Thormanby to Pender Harbour. Low bank waterfront access, where Eagles, Sea lions, and Sea Otters abound. The chef's kitchen awaits, and a wood-burning fireplace adds winter warmth, while vast patios embrace summer sunsets. Four bedrooms, each with ocean panoramas, offer privacy amid wooded acreage. A rare find on the BC Coast 5 minutes north of Secret Cove.
Guests must read, understand, and adhere to the Liability Waiver which will be sent via DocuSign upon booking. Signing and returning this waiver is required for the booking to be confirmed.
Villa Sol's landscape is a beautiful mixture of forest, ocean and rock. With this, it is important to note that access to some areas is not permitted due to safety. Please see attached photos in the listing photos and the 2 highlighted colours pertaining to outside use. Areas roped off/signage are strictly prohibited.
There are rock stairs throughout the exterior landscape of the home. In addition about 13 stairs leading down to the side door to the left of driveway . This is where you can find the passcode door to gain access to the home.
Inside you will find multi level living areas.
Strong winds and tree debris are not uncommon during storms or strong windy days as the property is on the ocean.
Due to the home being amongst the forest and ocean you may have wildlife and bugs.
Do not approach or feed the wildlife.
Due to the nature of the landscape outside of the home being on a rock base along the ocean there is a waiver required to be signed upon booking.
Guests are required to adhere to the signed liability waiver. Umbrellas cannot be left open during high winds/over night for safety of the house and guests. Must be closed during each use and before bed as weather on the ocean can change in an instant. Please use only toilet paper in our septic system. Drinking water is available at the beverage bar tap. Please be mindful of your water usage during your stay. Observe all fire + water bans in effect during your stay. Always keep doors and screen doors closed to prevent insects indoors. No shoes on carpeted areas. No smoking or illegal substances on the property. Pets are not allowed. Always close the hot tub lid and umbrellas after use. Garbage cannot be left outside. Overnight stays are restricted to registered guests. No parties or large gatherings. No unauthorized guests. Inform us in advance and get approval for any visitors outside of the booking. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM.

I enjoy sharing my home and have hosted people from all over the world - Switzerland, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, Korea and the States. I feel so fortunate to live in Squamish -- have views of the mountains, easy access to lakes, trails and almost any recreational activity you can think of.
I have travelled in Europe, North America and South and Central America. I'm looking forward to many more years of exploring and adventure. My current favourite travel destination is Cuba for the Music, Salsa and Architecture. I especially enjoyed Old Trinidad.
I've become accustomed to not necessarily planning my entire trip when I travel (for longer travels). Mostly I enjoy going with the flow and figuring it out as I go.
I'm very much into personal development so I read a lot of non-fiction. I don't spend any time watching TV, but I like to watch the occasional movie and documentary.
Cooking is a hobby for me. I really enjoy trying new recipes and experimenting with International cuisine -- cooking and eating. My favourite food destinations so far -- Miraflores, Peru and Zipolite, Mexico.
I love almost all types of music and am often streaming music via Sound Cloud and GooglePlay. My selection changes depending on my mood...
