Whether you are lounging poolside, watching a game in the 3rd floor game room or exploring the city's renowned nightlife, this stunning retreat promises an unforgettable stay!



HOUSE LIMITATIONS

We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Our newly constructed luxury home is the perfect home base for responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.


LIVING SPACE

The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 75" flat screen Smart TV which offers cable + streaming. An abundance of windows allow plenty of natural light in and offers views of the pool and hot tub.


KITCHEN

The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 10.


BEDROOMS

The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is a loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and sofa bed, There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor.  


PRIVATE LOUNGE/BAR

The 3rd floor which offers a third living space and lounge/bar with views of downtown, provides the perfect backdrop for endless entertainment! Grab a seat at the bar and pour your favorite beer from the Kegerator* while you watch the Longhorns play on the state-of-the-art 110" projector! Whether you're hosting a corporate retreat or a movie night, our game room offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment!

*You're welcome to order kegs through Party Barn, who will also deliver/install. Please note at least 2-3 days notice is needed to order.

There is also a bedroom on this level which is fitted with a Queen bed and Twin daybed and trundle which accommodates 4 guests.

LOCATION

Not only is this home full of amenities, but it's also perfectly located for the ultimate Austin adventure. Located on 11th Street in East Austin, this home is walking distance to some of Austin's most iconic restaurants and bars, such as Franklin's Barbecue, Paperboy, Nickel City and Hillside Farmacy. Just 3 minutes from downtown Austin and 6th street and 10 minutes from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, you’ll enjoy short commutes no matter where you’re heading!


THINGS TO NOTE

1) Our East Side Social Retreat is the perfect home base for responsible bachelorette groups, families, families with young with young children, family reunions, business travelers, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted. No guests under the age of 25 are permitted without a parent or legal guardian.

2) The use of outdoor spaces is prohibited between 10 PM and 8 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions

3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.

4) Pets are NOT permitted

5) The driveway is steep but 1 car can park in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available

6) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a fee of $200 / day.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. 

We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we're available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

All GuestSpaces rentals follow local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and cleaning fees. This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
