When the day is set and done, gather around in the open living area to reminisce or retreat downstairs to the secluded master bedroom, ensuite and media room for peace and quiet.

Guest Access:
You'll be able to access the entire property and have it to yourself.

Self check-in, the key is placed in a lockbox at the property (you will receive your unique code in the morning of your check in for security reasons).

Early check in is subject to availability. We will notify you automatically the day before if early check in is available. Late check out is not available due to accepting last minute same day bookings.

The Neighborhood:
Yaroomba is a quiet residential suburb providing visitors a sense of community on the Sunshine Coast. It is conveniently located 16 km north of Sunshine Coast’s city centre Maroochydore, 19 km south from Noosa and less than a 10 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast airport. Spot the famous 207 meter high Mount Coolum Mountain before climbing 800m to the summit where you will find stunning views of the Sunshine Coast. Yaroomba also provides easy beach access to a stretch of beaches including Marcoola, Yaroomba and Coolum which are all supervised by lifeguards daily. Take your choice of multiple near by 18 hole golf courses with Mount Coolum as a picturesque backdrop. With plenty of near by dinning and shops you have everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

Please note out of respect for our neighbours all guests must comply with council regulations. This property is not suitable for parties, events or gatherings of any type. Failure will result in security call out charges and instant cancelation without refund will apply.

- no extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
- no loud music/noise (quiet hours between 9 pm and 7 am)
