Situated on Anastasia Island, within the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort complex, our condo provides a haven surrounded by a beautiful beach, catch and release ponds, the sights and sounds of nature, and oh so many amenities. As you step inside your rental condo, the feeling of peace welcomes your arrival as the balcony beckons you to take in the breathtaking ocean view. Welcome to "Just Beachy"!


Just a little about your condo rental. This condo is located in an elevator building just steps from the boardwalk. The condo is approximately 950 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area includes a sofa, two reclining chairs, and a wall mounted large-screen TV. The living area is shared with a dining room and comfortably seats four individuals, and the fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances making this your home away from home. Forget the bottled water, this rental comes complete with a water filtration system. The primary bedroom contains a king bed, dresser and closet with sliding barn door. The private En suite bathroom houses a walk-in shower for your convenience. The secondary bedroom is equipped with a double and a twin bed to accommodate your family or guests. The second bathroom (guest bathroom) is conveniently located just outside the guest bedroom and contains a tub and shower combo. The rental will include towels & linens and a start-up set for each bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels for your use.


With a maximum occupancy of 4-5 guests, this retreat ensures an intimate and comfortable experience.


Indulge with onsite amenities such as four tennis courts, two swimming pools (one heated October - March as temperatures dictate), Shuffleboard Court, Bocce Ball, Pickleball, and two easy beach walk access points Your onsite experience is enhanced with additional amenities including a vehicle rinsing station, and shower rinsing at the end of the boardwalk, and proximity to the finest stretches of sandy shores. The complex provides 24-hour entry facilitated by Community Service Officers (CSO's)
