NOLA for my 50th
When we arrived we were excited to get to our location and enjoy the views of Canal St but little did we know, that would not be happening. Despite the description and online photos, we were booked into an “interior apartment”…no view, no big windows, no light, not even close to what I booked on line. We had a view of the patio where the trash was dropped off by all of the guests. Not good at all. We immediately made a phone call to the office and after going back and forth with the first call taker, we were referred to management. They were able to move us to an apartment that was actually what we booked but we did have to wait a day for it to become available. So be aware that you may not actually get what you paid for at this location. I suggest you contact the Roami representative prior to your visit and request an exterior apartment to make sure you get what is advertised and worth every penny you paid for it. Other than that first little bump, we had a great stay and our apartment was awesome! Canal St is loud at night as expected but ear plugs and some white noise take care of it, no problem! Everything we needed was close by, walkable and fun! Thank you for fixing our stay and making it more memorable! to a manager
