Enjoy some quiet time in Wasaga Beach

Our 4 season family cottage has been in our family for close to 30 years now as we've grown to enjoy and love the area. We are situated on a quiet street in Wasaga Beach, a 7min walk to Allenwood Beach.
The cottage includes a flat screen tv and wifi connection to ensure you're connected to your friends and family (and potentially the office) during your stay.
Enjoy a nightly campfire in the backyard while you watch the skies above through the trees.
Walk to the beach in the morning, or evening and enjoy the beautiful sunset as many people come join you at the beach for it nightly.
There are plenty of amenities of the city nearby, and you can keep yourself and your family busy for the duration of your stay.
Our 3 bedroom cottage allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy the quiet and clean beaches of Wasaga.
We're a 5min drive to Beach #1 and downtown Wasaga Beach on the strip.
Blue Mountain is an approximately 30-40min drive.
Horseshoe Valley Resort is less than 20min away.
Or just stay on the property and enjoy the sunny rays.

Check in is at approximately 4pm, and checkout by 11am on day of departure.

No large parties or events are allowed on the property, and quiet time in the area starts at approx 10pm.

There is no smoking within the cottage.

Do not leave the fire pit unattended for safety purposes.

The cottage is not child proof and no considerations have been taken for small children. Our children have not had issue (2-5-7) anywhere inside or outside of the cottage.

No fireworks allowed on the property.

There is a BBQ setup for use with utensils and tools for cooking, as well as a propane tank.
