This northeast facing 3 bedroom is wonderfully versatile and is suited to large families or a group of friends looking for the perfect coastal escape. With an abundance of indoor and outdoor space as well as multiple living and entertaining areas, there is plenty of room for all!

Inside there is abundant opportunity to embrace and connect with the tropical landscape. Waken to the dappled light from beneath the rainforest canopy, a warm cup of coffee and the sounds from our regions variety of wildlife.

Later prepare yourself to explore the hidden paths of the garden where we invite you to ‘taste the tropics’ and experience our organic fruit trees. A direct path at the end of the road will take you through to Trinity Beach where you can spend your days soaking up the sun along the coastal shoreline or enjoying one of the many restaurants on offer.

Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.

Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
