Conveniently located, this home provides for an easy walk or bike ride to SHARC and the restaurants and shops in the Village at Sunriver. In addition, golfers will appreciate the proximity to Meadows Golf Course.



The house itself has a charming atmosphere, with vaulted exposed beam wood ceilings, lots of windows, and skylights. Just inside the front door you will find a quaint open living area floor plan with cozy furniture that is perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. And, to top it off you can enjoy the inviting gas fireplace available during the winter months. Gather around the large dining table for a board game and make some lasting memories, or turn on the flat screen cable Television and enjoy your favorite show.



Adjacent to the dining area is an open kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to make the perfect meals, including extras like a blender, coffeemaker, and a dishwasher for quick clean-up. Everyone will fit around the dining table for a family-style dinner.



Outside is a spacious deck with a patio table and furniture for lounging in the sun, a gas grill for barbecuing, and a private hot tub. This is the spot to be on a clear night - the stars shine brilliantly in Sunriver!
