The 3,343 sq ft home is divided into a larger main house section and a smaller guest house section that are connected by the garage and each have their own separate exterior entrances. The main home features a large, open great room with the kitchen/dining/living areas plus a half bathroom. The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and attached office space for a quiet escape from activities. There are three more bedrooms in the main house, each with 2 singles (6 total). One of the bedrooms has a private ensuite bathroom and the other 2 share a bathroom between them. The guest house section features its open full kitchen, full bathroom, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. The flexible floor plan offers groups of all different make ups to customize the sleeping arrangements to suite their needs! The home is air conditioned through a combination of ductless units and window units. The main home features ductless ac in the great room and 3 of 4 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom has a window unit. The guest house has window units in the bedroom and living room. Smart TVs beckon for cozy movie nights, while complimentary Wi-Fi ensures you stay connected to the outside world should you wish.
