Please note there is 1 flight of stairs to climb to reach the property, the living area itself is on one level. The kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom areas are an open-plan studio. There is a Washer/Dryer combination conveniently located within the kitchen as well as a fold-out dining table. A Murphy bed/couch and wardrobe located are in the bedroom area. Also on this floor is a full-size bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy the afternoon sun. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed internet throughout the property. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only. City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Please note currently there is a construction site nearby, so some construction noises may be experienced during your stay. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2-hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
