Los Naranjos 10 is a stunning and contemporary on a prime location just steps away from Minitas Beach. Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by two captivating zen water features situated in the middle of the house. These tranquil elements add a sense of serenity and calmness to the space, enhancing the overall ambiance of the villa. The bedrooms in Los Naranjos 10 are thoughtfully positioned on each side of the villa, offering privacy and seclusion.

The property features two spacious master suites, each with its own large bathroom, private courtyard, and outdoor shower. These master suites provide a luxurious and intimate setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, there are three guest bedrooms available, ensuring ample accommodation options for larger groups or families. One of the master suites in Los Naranjos 10 offers internal access to the next room, making it an ideal arrangement for families or groups who wish to share the space and remain close to one another.

The open concept design of the villa seamlessly blends the indoor and outdoor areas, allowing guests to feel connected to nature. This design philosophy provides a sense of openness and enhances the overall sense of tranquility and well-being.

* RESORT FEE: $25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), $12/child/day (between 4-12 years old), and children under 4 years below are granted free access. This fee is payable when you register at Casa de Campo. Each guest will receive a membership card which is to be presented to access the beach club, make restaurant reservations, etc.
* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products etc)
