This lakefront property boasts a 4 step entry private pool with a sprinkler where you can relax and soak up the sunshine. The huge backyard is ready for all your outdoor activities and gatherings. This home is over 1900 square feet and offers a comfortable stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind.

The four pocket doors leading you to the lanai will make sure that nobody is feeling left out. Spend your time at the table playing games provided, the basket of toys for your toddlers, books for all, or the xbox gaming console. Our kitchen is fully equipped with necessities for young (sippy cups, kids plates and silverware) to old (margarita glasses, koozies, coffee cups). You will also find anything you need to prepare meals at home

The Yacht Club beach is only a 7 minute drive and Fort Myers Beach is approximately 35 minutes! We have already provided you with all the beach/pool necessities. Towels, a Radio Flyer collapsible wagon, beach chairs, goggles, toys, coolers, and floaties for infants, children, and adults. Whether you want to enjoy the serene lake views or take a dip in the pool, this house is the ideal vacation spot for a relaxing getaway.

Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 37 minutes away. Surrounding our home is a plethora of restaurants, Publix, Golf Courses, mini golf, coffee shops, and parks. Downtown Cape Coral is a 3 mile walk. Enjoy the Farmer’s Market every Saturday, the best ice cream at Sidecar Treats, or visit the nature trails at Rotary Park.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 25 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, 1 garbage bag in in each garbage can plus 2 extra, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and 2 dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself. We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.
