Enter an open and bright main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. The vaulted living room has comfortable seating and a flat screen smart TV with cable. There are large windows, a door to the back deck and a ceiling fan. Just off the living room is the dining area and the kitchen beyond. The nicely equipped eat-in kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless appliances.

The home has three bedrooms, two (including the primary bedroom) on one side of the house and the third, plus a den, on the opposite side of the house.

The spacious primary bedroom has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with custom shower and a lovely screen porch with table and chairs accessed via French doors. The other bedroom on this side of the house (the pink bedroom) has a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with custom shower off the hall.

The third bedroom (the yellow bedroom) is on the opposite side of the house. This bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a den with a flat screen smart TV and a full sleep sofa--ideal for curling up with a good book, binging your favorite show or for extra sleep space. PLEASE NOTE: The den photos will be updated to show the futon. The den has an exterior door to the deck. A third bathroom with custom shower is off the hall.

The house is set on a secluded and peaceful seven-acre lot, offering plenty of privacy. The large back deck running the length of the house looks out over the rolling green lawn--a great place for yard games. The deck has a teak dining table and chairs, a gas grill and a charcoal grill. In-season flowers and mature plantings throughout the property.

Enjoy Wellfleet's natural beauty featuring visiting birds, turkeys and foxes. From time to time a horse and rider may pass along the edge of the yard.

Located on Wellfleet's bayside, this property is a short drive to all the best ocean and bay beaches and freshwater ponds, shopping, galleries, dining, the Wellfleet Town Pier, the Cape Cod Rail Trail (for biking and walking), Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites, live entertainment and so much more.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
