The Space:
The photos show the unit "type" that you'll be staying in. There are several units of the same layout with slight differences in decor between each one. But the amenities, bed set up and sizes are the same.

When you need a break from outings and beach-going, the 3rd-floor condo offers a wonderful place to rest and recharge. It features a master bedroom featuring a beautiful king bed and ensuite full bath and a second bedroom with 2 single beds.

The open floor plan encompasses the sitting area with comfy seating and a TV, the dining area and the kitchen flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass doors that not only let in lots of natural light but give access to your private balcony.

We've got you covered with all the kitchen essentials you’ll need for preparing meals. Need a morning pick-me-up? We've got a trusty coffee maker waiting for you. Feeling fancy? Whip up some tropical concoctions with our handy blender. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or outdoors in the fresh air. The condo can be stocked with groceries before your arrival for a fee of $40 USD plus the cost of items on your list. Guests have exclusive access to the condo as well as the communal amenities.

The Neighborhood:
This is an ideal location—right in the middle of everything, with all you need, and the beach is just a short walk away. It is only 2 blocks from 5th Ave., where there are lots of cool cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, exciting nightlife, and great spots to people-watch! Groceries are a short walk away, and everything you need is at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
The property is about 55 km | 34 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Parking onsite is subject to availability and for a fee. You can check with reception upon arrival.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- The condo can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children from 0 to 11 years old or 5 adults without children using existing beds. An extra fee applies to the 5th guest.
- There is a fee of $12 USD for unreturned bracelets.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- There is basic WiFi, but you can buy a better quality package at reception if needed.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- No smoking of any kind inside the unit! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
There is a $223 USD fine for excessive noise and a $176 USD fine for noncompliance with the complex rules.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- A security deposit of 500 USD will be required, and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- There may be potential for normal city noise as the property is located downtown.
- For stays of 7 or more nights, there is an electricity allowance of 1000MXN for your entire stay, the price per kWh being 8MXN. If this allowance is surpassed, a price of 8MXN per kWh will apply. The electricity meters will be checked right before your check in and right after your check out to calculate your consumption and, if any amounts are to be paid, we will request them through the resolution center or charge them to the card used to pay for the reservation, depending on the booking channel.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in is between 3 pm and 5 pm. Our local contact will personally give you the keys, bracelet, and access card. Otherwise, they will be received at the reception. A form will be requested to be signed before delivery of these.
