The community pool is right out the front door with quick and easy access to bathrooms.  This villa is ideal for your vacation at the beach, and it has a stand up desk for working vacations. Nicely furnished thoughout and the kitchen is fully equipped.  Living area has a wall mounted TV, and sliding doors that open to the furnished screened porch and view.  The master bedroom has a wall mounted TV, and access to the porch. The master bath has double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a wall mounted TV and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.  For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area has a sleeper sofa with Air Dream mattress. 2 reserved, uncovered parking spaces and additional guest parking spaces nearby.  Storage area for golf cart (with a charger) or beach gear.

Linens Included for all rentals.  This includes all linens with beds made and towels included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
