The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top, and oven, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy at the 6-seater dining table. Relax in the spacious living room, complete with new couches, a TV, and ceiling fans. Step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning views of the creek.

The property features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 offers a comfortable queen-size bed, built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan.

The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the laundry area features a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The 2nd bedroom has a celling fan, built in wardrobe and the beds can be converted to a king bed upon request, although guests must contact an LJ Hooker Kingscliff agent directly by phone within 1 business day of booking to make the request. Requests made after this timeframe may not guarantee the option or could be subject to additional charges.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
