Directly on the Gulf of Mexico, our home away from home has been completely remodelled. We have decorated with care, to make you feel at home. The kitchen is filled with everything you will need to prepare your meals. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, desk area and a television screen. There are 2 queen beds in the second bedroom, ample closet storage and a television screen. There are 2 single beds in the third bedroom along with ample closet storage. We supply all the needed linen including towels. In the living room, 65 inch HD flat screen t.v., a dvd player and a library of movies. Free cable high speed internet is available for your use. Our condo has all the amenities of home and more including washer and dryer. There are beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and floaters are in the washer and dryer room closet your use. There are 2 designated parking spots including a shaded one.

There is a large, private balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, the pool and the powder white sand beach. Sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and watch the dolphins as they swim by. This unit is located on the top (fifth) floor, overlooking the beach. The complex has a heated pool, gas and charcoal grills, with a picnic area next to them. Around the pool there are lounge chairs, for your use. Beach cabanas are available for rent.

There are tons of activities to do in the area with famous John's Pass Village about 10 minutes by car to the south, where you will find an old fashioned boardwalk with shops and restaurants galore or another 10 minutes north you have the Clearwater area. Try para-sailing, jet skiing, rent a boat or take a cruise up the inter coastal waterways or just relax on the beach. But, most importantly - ENJOY YOUR TIME AT THE BEACH !
