The Space:
This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable and spacious vacation rental. It's equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a private pool for your enjoyment. To enjoy the heated pool, simply let us know 48 hours ahead of time (additional fee applies). The property is located in the prestigious Champions Gate Resort, offering a luxurious and peaceful environment. The house's location is very convenient, with Walmart just 9 minutes away and Disney World just 20 minutes away offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment during your stay!

**BOOKING YOUR STAY:**

We’re excited to welcome you! Just a quick note: you need to be at least 21 years old to make a reservation with us. Please have a valid ID ready when you check in. If you don't have your ID, we won't be able to complete your booking.

**BEFORE CHECKING IN:**

To help us prepare for your visit, please send us a complete guest list with everyone’s first and last names by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before you arrive. If we don’t have this, we won't be able to give you access to the resort.

**POOL AND SPA HEATER:**

Our SPA is connected to the pool and provides a relaxing experience! To enjoy both, you'll need to request the pool heater, which does come with an additional fee. Just a head’s up: it can take up to 24 hours to heat up, so please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival if you’d like to add this to your stay.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**

- You need to be 21 or older to book with us.
- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted.
- Sorry, no pets allowed.
- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Remember to request the pool and spa heater if you'd like to use it.
- There’s a small $10 fee for deliveries.
- Just a reminder: USPS doesn’t ship to our address, and we can’t take responsibility for packages left unattended.
