This elevated property has plenty of space to accommodate everyone, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up some delicious meals while enjoying the views across the Lake.

With lots of parking available, you can bring the whole family along and the boat. This is also a huge advantage if you are coming for one of Taupō's many great events.
The games room, complete with a table tennis table, is the perfect spot for some friendly competition or if the weather is on your side why not take the tennis rackets to the local tennis court just up the road.

There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. And on cooler evenings, cozy up by the wood burner fire or turn on the heat pump for some extra warmth.

Well positioned, just a short drive (less than 3km) to the Taupō CBD and less than 1km from the Nukuhau shops where you will find all the essentials and great park for the kids.

With steep stairs and a balcony this home may not be suitable for small children or the mobility restricted.

As is customary in Kiwi Bach tradition, guests are expected to bring their own linen or can opt for our convenient hire service. Please note that if you choose our linen hire service, the beds will not be made up. When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.

You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.

The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.

All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
