The Space:

The location offers easy access by car to walking and cycling trails along Encounter Bay, around the Bluff and west from Petrel Cove. Nearby restaurant and take away options are available at the Beach House Cafe and Whalers Seaside Dining, with access to hotels and restaurants in nearby Victor Harbor and beyond, including wineries within a 30 minute drive. Other recreational activities include visits to bookshops, art galleries, local markets and walking trails and beaches in Victor Harbor, Port Elliott, Middleton and Goolwa.

Upstairs
Open plan living, kitchen and dining areas are light and bright with stunning sea views. There is a dining table for six, a comfortable lounge and two armchairs. A smart TV provides subscriber access to Netflix, Prime, Spotify and other free streaming sites. Sliding glass doors lead to the balcony with a substantial gas barbecue, a large dining table with seating for six, and two outdoor chairs.

The kitchen includes an extra wide gas cooktop, two electric ovens, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, pantry and coffee making facilities.

Adjacent to the living area is a large master bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, with views of the ocean and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. This room is adjacent to a two-way bathroom which includes a shower vanity and toilet.

Downstairs
Second living area with free to air TV, a lounge and two armchairs. Glass sliding doors lead outside to the front undercover deck with seating, and attractive sea and garden views. There is a kitchenette with stools at a breakfast bench, a second fridge, and an air fryer.

Bedroom two has a queen bed, built in robe and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom three includes a double bed, built in robe and a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is situated downstairs and includes a bath, shower, vanity basin and toilet. There is separate access to a laundry with a washing machine which leads out to a fully fenced and private terraced back yard.

The lock-up garage is not available.
