The Space:
This unit offers high-speed internet, cable TV, a full kitchen, walk-in closets, and both beachfront and bayside balconies. Rental includes access to the Sapphire fitness center, a huge swimming pool, heated whirlpool, theater, and game room. The living room and kitchen boast stunning direct views of the beach and Sapphire's expansive pool area. Guests can enjoy private balconies facing the beach and bay, with access to all of Sapphire's amenities including the fitness center, theater, game room, pool, and hot tub. Maintenance, management, and service staff are available 24/7. Located on the southern end of South Padre Island, close to dining and entertainment, with convenient access to the free South Padre Island Metro and 'Park and Ride' facility. Getting Around:
The South Padre Island Metro provides free bus transportation, efficiently connecting visitors to various locations across the island. Moreover, there's a convenient 'Park and Ride' facility situated in the southern part of town. Known for its bike-friendly infrastructure, Gulf Blvd. offers an excellent option for exploring the area on two wheels.

***Special Spring Break/Semana Santa (Easter Holy Week) Notice***
Sapphire Condominiums has specific guest rules for March and Semana Santa. Renters must be 30 years or older and accompanied by family with children to rent during these restricted dates. Check-in will require IDs from all guests to verify compliance with this policy. Check-in will be refused if requirements are not met. Immediate family members (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents) are considered eligible, while cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are not recognized as immediate family.

Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.

Primary guest must be age 25 or older to reserve.

Disappointed for the Price
Overall, I was very disappointed. We had a 1 year old and 4 year old and needed to wash clothes, but the washer was broken the entire trip. They sent a repair man who didn’t speak any English, which would be fine, but we couldn’t communicate at all. They did remedy this the last night of our trip by allowing us to use the washer in the unit next door after that party had checked out. The first day we checked in, the door key reader stopped working. We had to be escorted up and let in for 24-36 hours before the condo building maintenance would fix it. The air conditioning isn’t even throughout the condo, so the front two rooms are much warmer. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes. We ran various cycles multiple times, and they didn’t clean or dry, even when we selected the heated dry. The disposal in the sink doesn’t work well at all either. I know all of these seem like minor issues, but when you pay 4k for a 4 night stay, you expect things to be easy, convenient, and nice. The condo itself is very IKEA-like, which is fine. The bar stools in the unit are WAY TO TALL for the counter… you have to hunch over to eat. I will say, the grounds are beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The condo staff were very kind and friendly. La Copa (the property management) staff were also friendly and responded quickly. The access to the beach from the condo was easy and great! The pools are beautiful! Just highly disappointed overall.

Property was very nice, great location, we were very pleased with the property. It is located right next to Margaritaville which is a bonus. Easy beach access. All the staff was helpful and kind.
