Perfect for couples, families with kids and friends travelling together. Just minutes walk to the beach and famous Acland & Fitzroy streets. Boasting 1 spacious bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and an office/work space. You'll love the beds dressed in high end linen and the comfiest queen size mattress. Kids welcome
Safe and secure in a quiet apartment complex. Trams to the city are located directly out the front of the apartment building and train station is a five minute walk away. The location is fantastic. 10 minute walk to Albert Park Lake, beach and surrounded by St. Kilda and Chapel Street's best cafes, restaurants and bars.
Boasting 1 big bedroom beautifully presented and comfortable high end bed mattress and linen. There's a big comfy double fold out couch in the living room as well. All linen is professionally cleaned and prepared for our guests to ensure comfort and a homely experience.
All essentials are included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and washing machine powder.
Enjoy the selection of milk, teas and Nespresso coffee machine for your enjoyment during your stay.
The apartment has a built in desk in the main bedroom which is perfect as an office space for guests travelling on business.
The apartment has just been fully renovated and has brand new furnishings, kitchen cooking wares, appliances etc.
If you are a travelling family, we have the children catered for beautifully. Upon request, there's a high chair, games, kids toys and books available. Happy children = happy parents. You'll also find children's dish-ware, a porta-cot and a bed safety rail. Your kids of any age will love this home!

St. Kilda is the ideal location to tram or train it anywhere. You'll love the vibe, cafes, restaurants, beaches, markets and all the fun that St.Kilda always has to offer!!
Tram 96 or 16 takes you into the city. Trams are located directly out the front of the building.
Train station is called Balaclava Train Station. It is a five minute walk up Carlisle street.
St. Kilda Summer night markets are on Thursday evenings throughout Summer. Great food, music and hip vibe. It's a must see!
Acland street:
*For good and cheap drinks, check out the daily deals at Laroche restaurant and bar.
*For you party animals, Big Mouth is a great place to eat and then later on in the evening, drink and dance the night away. Lots of fun!
We provide complimentary wipes for removing your make. Please don't use the towels. Charges will apply to makeup stains on towels.

I have a list of all the interiors, kitchen goods, bedding etc. In the unfortunate case of damage to these items, I have a list of what things cost which will be deducted from the security deposit.
