On the other side, the studio features a full kitchen, a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom with a king bed, and a bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. Step out onto the small patio facing the mountains and Loon, accessible from the living area, which also includes AC and a queen Murphy bed. With comfortable living room seating, a dining table for 4, and a kitchen counter with 3 chairs, there's ample space for everyone to gather.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with a screened-in gazebo is also available.
