Welcome to your home away from home in Park City! This charming townhome is situated just 8 minutes north of downtown Park City, offering easy access to ski resorts, shopping, and a variety of outdoor activities. Surrounded by the majestic mountains of Northern Utah, this townhome provides a serene backdrop for your vacation.

The main level features a spacious living/dining/kitchen area, complete with upscale furnishings and cozy ski lodge decor. Relax by the stone fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. With seating for six at the dining table and additional bar seating, there's plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy.

Downstairs, you'll find a family room with a gas fireplace, a private bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is also located on this level for your convenience.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, share a full bathroom.

For monthly stays ONLY, we’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement and receive WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance before arriving at the home. Maximum of two dogs. Other restrictions may apply.
Pet Fees Monthly: $500 for the first month, $250 for additional months. Pet Cleaning Fee: One-time $100.
