Great 2 bedroom / den/ 2 bath condo. Easy access to this first floor condo that accommodates 9 people. Enjoy your stay in this great oceanfront building. This particular condo has a limited view, but is fully equipped with all you need, with easy access to the pools, sundeck, and beach. ( note; there is not a private balcony, the living room slider opens up to the Sun deck area that leads to the pool and the beach.) Enjoy the extra space the den offers - it's like having a 3rd bedroom! ( Note there is no closet space in this room.) The condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 3 smart TV's connected to the internet, and there is Xfinity cable in the living room and bedroom. There is central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. ( note, the building does charge a non refundable registration fee on arrival to the Rainbow.) The condo is non smoking an animals are prohibited.
Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
