Summary:
Located in Parnell, this townhouse is just a 5 minute walk from Parnell Road's array of restaurants, shops and galleries. Viaduct Harbour is a 15 minute walk away and just a 10 min walk to Spark Arena. Getting around Auckland couldn't be easier. Easy access to the motorway and a train station is directly behind the property!

Important - make sure to read through the Other Things to Note section below. We have a lot of useful information there that is essential to know for your stay.

The Space:
You will find everything you'll need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size appliances and all the essential utensils you may need for cooking your own meals. There is a Woolworths supermarket (with free parking) 5 minutes drive away from the property where you can purchase ingredients and snacks if you're not checking out the surrounding restaurants!

The living area provides plenty of space for relaxation, with comfortable seating, aircon/heatpump and a Google Home device plugged into the TV. Next to the living space, you'll find a dining table with bench-style seating which can fit 2-3 people on each seat. Glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony, complete with an outdoor dining set that seats six guests.

Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-size bed, fresh white linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the upstairs bedrooms has direct access to the bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom and second bathroom are on the lower floor and accessed through the garage.

On-site parking is available with a garage at the property *2M height restriction and not suitable for large cars as it's quite tight to get in and out.

A washer and dryer are also in the garage which are free for your use.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

Guests have access to the entire property.

The Neighborhood:
Parnell - Known for it's variety of dining options, boutiques and galleries. Also many cool bars to check out. Non Solo Pizza is highly recommended if you're after great food, cocktails and buzzing atmosphere (for a mature crowd). Load up on fresh fruit and veg and enjoy a variety of food stalls every weekend at 545 Parnell Road is La Cigale - French Farmer's Market! There are also footpaths and bike trails that lead across the parklands of Auckland Domain.

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.

If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.

Other Things to Note:
*This property is located right next to a train station. Great for public transport options but please be aware that some noise can be heard from the trains.

3rd bedroom and bathroom: These are access through the garage. The bedroom only has a skylight and no additional windows so please be aware of this prior to booking.

Monthly Stays: We have a 25% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more and 15% discount for week long stays!

Key Pick-up: The keys are kept in a lockbox at the property. We will send full check in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: Use of the internal garage is included in the price of your stay. 2M height restriction and not suitable for large cars as it's quite tight to get in and out.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Not a great stay !!
The property was listed as 3 bedrooms, but 1 of the bedrooms was downstairs off the back of the garage, no windows, not great if you had children, you would not put them down there while you were on the 3rd level.The Oven switched had no writing on them so we couldn’t use it. The TV didnt work we could only get NetflixI wouldn’t stay there again.
