The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located right on the edge of the viaduct and Wynyard Quarter, both surrounded by water and fun things to do. Wynyard Quarter is Auckland's newest waterfront neighborhood on the outermost western edge of the city, its perfectly positioned to give you all of the conveniences of inner city living but without the chaos. Being a new area you can expect fun new experiences all around, Wynyard Quarter is mostly known for its variety of dining options, water views and marina walks. The viaduct basin is a only a 5 minute walk boasting lavish dining experiences and of course quick access to downtown CBD the host of decadent shopping and more vibrant dining options. Wynyard Quarter is home to the super yachts and around the corner west haven marina, there are board walks right around for a lovely weekend stroll, or take Jacobs ladder up and over into Ponsonby for a change of scene!
Getting Around:
With everything you could need for your city stay within walking distance this is the perfect spot when visiting Auckland with the bonus of scenic walking options as you're surrounded by stunning harbour views and marinas!
The public transport options in the city make getting out of the city easy as well! A city bus link will get you to Britomart the transport hub which will take you in whichever direction you're wanting to go!
Other Things to Note:
The check in process for this apartment is a lockbox that is not located on site, it is a around the corner from the apartment entrance. The lockbox is at this secure location as a safety precaution. You will receive your instructions 48 hours before your check in date, please read through these prior to travelling and plan your trip accordingly, We do apologies for any inconvenience.

There is street parking in the area but best not to rely on that. There are paid parking buildings nearby and a Wilsons open air car park a 3 minute walk to/from the apartment (270m).
Cots and highchairs are available to guests on request.
Please ensure all lights are turned off when you leave the apartment, and the windows are closed, and the door securely locked behind you. The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any of the guests' property while the guest is onsite.
Also, please note that you will be responsible for yourselves and your guests and will take all necessary care and precautions to ensure their safety at all times and you agree that any damages will be your sole responsibility and the owners and Urban Butler are exempt from all actions, claims, suits, demands, costs and damages arising from any loss or damages suffered to or by any person or property caused by the use of the premises by you or your guests.
Please also note, that any lost keys will be charged for and if you lock yourselves out, the cost of a spare key to be delivered in office hours will be borne by you. Out of hours fees will also apply.
Bond:
A security bond is held for any incidental damage or charges. Please inform us of any issues.
Breakages:
Please inform us of any breakages during your stay. We won’t charge for minor cutlery/glassware etc.
Lost Keys:
Keys and swipes are expensive, please be careful with them. If lost, we will need to claim the cost from your security bond.
Left Luggage:
Unfortunately, we cannot store luggage at the apartment. There are a couple of options for leaving your luggage around the CBD before your check-in time of 3pm. The best option is The Luggage Hotel at 145 Quay Street (Shed 23 Princes Wharf). Another left luggage solution is available at the downtown Ferry Building, located on Quay Street. Ask the staff at the service desk for assistance. The last suitable option for smaller luggage is the self-service locker at the Britomart train station located on Commerce Street.
No parties or noise after 10pm:
Please respect your neighbours. Security call-out fees will be charged from your security bond. No more than 4 people to stay at the apartment.

Fire and Evacuation Procedures:
Please refer to the procedures on the back of the apartment door.
