When you enter Splash at Terrigal you will instantly feel a sense of calm. This beautifully styled home creates an idyllic home away from home. Entering on the ground floor you will find the downstairs living area and a beautifully decorated lounge and kitchenette. Sliding doors open onto a small balcony and front yard, a sunny spot for your morning coffee. You will find two bedrooms here both fitted with sumptuous queen beds. These bedrooms share a high-end bathroom with a rain shower and separate bathtub. From here there’s access to a laundry containing a washing machine and dryer.

Going upstairs you will enter the light and open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a butler’s pantry and stone-topped island bench. There is a small workspace with a desk for setting up a laptop at the top of the stairs. The living area extends to an oversized entertainers’ balcony framing glimpses of the water. Dine alfresco on a large table, cooking up a storm on the BBQ.

The upstairs main bedroom offers privacy from the two bedrooms below. It features a plush king-sized bed and boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and large mirrored vanity. The entire house is kept comfortable with air-conditioning upstairs and downstairs.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway and free parking on the street.
