When you enter Splash at Terrigal you will instantly feel a sense of calm. This beautifully styled home creates an idyllic home away from home. All the attractions of the Central Coast are within easy reach. Splash is walking distance to the beautiful Terrigal Beach and Terrigal s iconic Esplanade lined with eateries and boutiques.

Spread across two levels, this Splash provides the perfect base for families or friends.

Entering on the ground floor you will find the downstairs living area and a beautifully decorated lounge and kitchenette. Sliding doors open onto a small balcony and front yard, a sunny spot for your morning coffee. You will find two bedrooms here both fitted with sumptuous queen beds. These bedrooms share a high-end bathroom with a rain shower and separate bathtub. From here there s access to a laundry containing a washing machine and dryer.

Going upstairs you will enter the light and open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a butler s pantry and stone-topped island bench. There is a small workspace with a desk for setting up a laptop at the top of the stairs. The living area extends to an oversized entertainers balcony framing glimpses of the water. Dine alfresco on a large table, cooking up a storm on the BBQ.

The upstairs main bedroom offers privacy from the two bedrooms below. It features a plush king-sized bed and boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and large mirrored vanity. The entire house is kept comfortable with air-conditioning upstairs and downstairs.

There is parking for two cars in the driveway and free parking on the street.

Go down to Terrigal during the migration months and you may see the whales migrating.

There are two security cameras at the front door and one at the back door. There are none inside.
