Peaceful Cozy Cottage at Lazy Acres. 12 minutes to a wonderful surf beach.

As you make your way down the tree lined driveway, you will feel the peace and serenity of the property that is Lazy Acres.
Wake up to the beautiful sound of birdsong in a cosy comfortable cottage. Sit on the private deck to watch the most glorious of sunsets, or enjoy the quiet while reading a good book. Stay out longer and you may witness the perfect sky for stargazing. Only 3 minutes from the village where you will find eateries, including the very popular Bennetts chocolate shop and cafe, supermarket and the local library. Mangawhai is also home to a beautiful surf beach and for calmer waters, the estuary. Walkers, you wont be disappointed as there are many great tracks in the area. On Saturday mornings we are lucky enough to have 2 local markets, one at the Mangawhai Tavern, the other at the local school.
Cosy cottage is set up with all the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, for those rainy days we have streaming services on a flat screen tv to watch a movie or you could sit back and listen to your favorite music on the sonos. We also have a few board games available.
If none of the local restaurants tickle your fancy, we have a microwave, air fryer, small oven and BBQ if required.
