This immaculate holiday home personifies coastal chic. This 1970’s bungalow has been fully renovated has light-filled living areas and luxurious detailing spanning over 2 levels.

Inspired by timeless mid-century design and with quality fixtures throughout the home including imported Italian Terrazzo tiles and benchtops.

The formal lounge room is at the entrance of the house with a large chaise lounge and floor rug in front of the gas fireplace.

Tailored to its coastal location, it is bathed in natural light and flows effortlessly from one zone to the next. The family room has a couch, floor rug and TV. Sliding stacker glass doors open the living space out to the adjoining balcony overlooking the rear garden area and ocean.

The kitchen has stone benchtops, Miele induction cooktop, dual Smeg ovens, a walk-in pantry, double door stainless steel fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.

Directly off the kitchen is the dining area with a wooden table and high-backed chairs for 6 people.

The undercover balcony has an outdoor cushioned lounge chair and coffee table perfect for prime viewing of the sunrises and sunsets. A fitted pull-down blind is installed if required against the elements.

Downstairs is the master bedroom with a Queen bed, bedside tables with hanging pendant lights, split system aircon, LED downlights and a walk-in wardrobe. The luxurious private ensuite has a freestanding bathtub, large shower recess, single sink vanity, heated towel rails and a separate toilet. Glass sliding doors lead to the outside area.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe and LED downlights. Glass sliding doors from this room lead to the front alfresco area.

In the thoroughfare area downstairs is a sofa bed and converts to a Queen sized bed.

The main bathroom has a shower, single vanity basin, heated towel rails and toilet.

The outside area has a wood table with seating for 8 amongst the frangipani trees.

The separate alfresco sitting area is in prime spot facing the ocean with chairs, beanbags, coffee tables and an outdoor rug.

The undercover laundry, which is located outside, has a Miele front loader washing machine and sink trough.

Driveway parking for 2 cars is provided.
